Also, if you're about to record songs in a studio, practicing with this can really improve your timing for when you lay down the drum tracks on which all other instruments are based.
Finally, the Yamaha Dtxplorer Electronic Drum Set can be transported easily from home to a gig or to a rehearsal room and back again. The kit easily folds in on itself and as long as you look after the cords, you'll never go back to your acoustic kit.
